I've only been trying this for a couple of weeks buddying up with my Sister, great way to do this, 30 minutes having your abs worked on while laying down and having a catch-up I can definitely feel the benefits already and excited to see the comparisons after 4 weeks. I’ve started using this for abdominal area, using the buddy up system with my sister as we both need work in that area! If anyone had a Slendertone, it’s like an industrial version of those!! Not painful but you can feel it working and we’re sure we’re feeling the benefit already, although results aren’t supposed to be seen until the end of the course and potentially months after for the fat removal.
